When you have the kind of service Dr. Ziada provides, and he's the head of his department, you know there's a sense of commitment.

Reviewed on Feb 20, 2023

The only reason I have for rating the second question as 'good' instead of 'very good' is that I do not have many acquaintances or friends who might be in need of this service. On the third question, I think the video visit was very useful, particularly as I live in another state. When I visited the Clinic this past year, Dr. Ziada dedicated forty-five minutes to speaking to my wife and I about my heart issues. No matter how good the video experience may be, there is no way to compare its value to that of an in-person visit. The latter was probably the best visit I've had with a medical professional in the last ten years!

Very confident in Dr. Ziada

Reviewed on Dec 14, 2022

Dr. Ziada was literally a life-saver for me. The treatment I received at my local cardiac group missed a problem that Dr. Ziada found and corrected. Without his expertise, I would still be experiencing angina on a daily basis and waiting for a heart attack to occur. Instead, I have been angina-free since my visit to Cleveland Clinic and Dr. Ziada last May. I can't thank him enough!

I am very grateful for the wonderful care I have received at the Cleveland Clinic and especially from Dr. Ziada. We traveled from Albuquerque, NM specifically to meet with him initially. His care and treatment have been very effective and improved my quality of life significantly.

Reviewed on Jun 27, 2022

Dr. Ziada gave us his utmost attention. I have never had a physician take the kind of time (nearly an hour and a half) that he did. He carefully listened to my issues, then diagnosed the problem given the limited data he had available (through no fault of his own). He considered options to my treatment and responded to my questions and requests with a professionalism that had not apparent from other care providers. It was an outstanding visit!
