She was very attentive and answered my questions about my surgery site as well as the chest/rib discomfort I was experimenting. She expressed the need for me to go to ER to rule out a clot. She was very professional about explaining the risk following surgery etc. She made me feel comfortable going to get evaluated. As it turned out I had/have pneumonia diagnosed that day through the ER.
