She was professional and explained the treatment.

My original appointment cancelled by the doctor's office. A message was left and I called back twice to reschedule. I was told I could not get in until some time in August with the doctor. I told the secretary that I had already had my required test done in late May and really would like to be seen sooner. She suggested seeing the nurse instead the same day as my original appointment. It accepted this appointment.

My care provider was compassionate considering I had received bad news earlier in the week that will delay my proposed treatment. She also helped me with an unrelated issue.

She went over all of the concerts which I had about lab work. I pray I don't need to recommend her to anyone because I wouldn't wish the condition on anyone; but if I had to I surely would because so far she has been great with me and making me feel knowledgeable about my condition.
