Even though an early morning appt., the doctor was nearly 30 minutes late to meet with me. With a virtual appointment, I'd recommend a notice to the patient that the doctor is running behind. I joined the call 15 min ahead, as directed. I waited 45 minutes with no communication until Dr. Joyce joined the call.

All of my providers have been transparent and consistent with my plan of care. I am well aware of my health care plan and the goals they want to achieve for the best outcomes for my healing. Providers have been king and informative in explaining what has been done pertaining to my surgery and post surgical treatment.
