Michael McDowell is a very knowledgeable PA. He knows his work. He is very patient and takes time with his clients. He listens and makes you feel heard. I feel he is genuine, passionate and cares about his work and the people he comes in contact with at work especially the people he provides care for. I would highly recommend him to someone looking for spine care. He is truly awesome . Cleveland Clinic give him a raise!

Provider ordered MRI but I realized after I got home I really had no clue as to what my problem might be. I do understand that MRI is needed to identify problem but I'm left wondering what what the possibilities are or if they could be serious. But to be fair I'm really bad about asking questions.

Felt that the doctor was dismissive of my back pain and had no desire to talk about it beyond his initial impressions, including the MRI.

I was listened to and examined. Dr Mcdowell was compassionate. Though a strange phenomenon seems to happen each time I see Dr Mcdowell. My pain lessens. Just for the visit, must be something In the air. Wish I could take It home with me
