Dr Kelsey Bashiar is very nice. Has a excellent bed side manner. In my opinion this should be considered as important as medical knowledge. If you can not relate, explain and sympathize with the patient. They will not return. Dr. Bashiar is excellent in all areas.

Kelsey is a superb PA, well-versed in hand ortho. I was very impressed with her expertise and helpful ideas for rehabilitation of the injury to my finger.

I have been going to the Cleveland clinic for years to the orthopedics department. Kelsey is the first one to take her time. Explain everything with me answer all of my questions without feeling rushed. She is just wonderful. I can't say enough wonderful things about her and her work.

Kelsey is a top-notch professional caregiver who is kind and caring. She takes time to answer questions and explain procedures and processes. She even stopped by to say hello to me the morning I had surgery. As a long-time, old-school nurse, nervous about having surgery, Kelsey has been very instrumental in helping me feel more comfortable about having my procedures done.
