I appreciate the care doctor Laura take with me she makes sure she goes over all my meds and whatever my question is she answered it thoroughly I appreciate the Way She lays out the plans they have for me especially now with the issue I'm dealing with with my heart and AFib

LOVE this provider and staff at Beachwood office. You couldn't blast me out of the office. At my appt with Laura Penix, it snowed that morning, so I was late. They were so kind squeezing me in a short time after I arrived and didn't rush through the appt. Also, she ordered PFTs for my lung appt the following day. Appreciated the extra time on detail she took and bed side manner. Appreciated how she listened and cared about my miscarriage. Wonderful people Dr. Miller & Laura Penix. I will drive whatever needed to get to good providers.

She was excellent. The nurse-practitioner did a great job. She made my uncle feel at ease. She addressed his concerns, checked his medication list for accuracy, listened to his heart & spoke with him about his 2 recent mini strokes. She also reminded him of his upcoming appointment in September & wished him a "Happy 96th birthday."
