Dr Jakob was brilliant and educated me about things related to my heart condition that no other cardiologist had told me before. He also had an excellent bed side manner. He was confident and made me feel the same but involved me and explained things in ways that were easily understood. He established a plan of action that made sense for me as someone from out of town, and helped me feel comfortable. He was an excellent doctor and I highly recommend him!

Wish Dr Jakob's schedule was a bit more flexible and I could have scheduled surgery with him sooner than 3 months. But glad he worked with me on an alternative plan.
