This was my first visit with Allison Duncan. She was very professional and took a great deal of time (and was very patient) in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. She went over all my medical options. I was extremely impressed with the quality of medical advice as well as her professionalism.

The NP was a "very fast talker"...but, was very helpful! She demonstrated the actual workings of the in-dwelling catheter as well as alternative equipment (leg strap, catheter bag). She helped us "analyze" the pros & cons on our Mom keeping the in-dwelling catheter vs weekly straight catheterizations. The NP's primary patients are men & prostate issues...but it was clear that she was extremely well trained. She was most helpful in addressing all of our concerns. :-)

Overall, unhappy that my questioned were deferred to yet appointment so almost a waste of time and $$ for value received. Definitely felt the provider was on a strict schedule to finish the appointment regardless of my questions or concerns.
