Margaret Heidenreich and the Inspire Tech do excellent at managing my Inspire device and my sleep issues. She also helps me manage my medications for my Sleep Apnea and Restless Leg Syndrome. Having to deal with both issues can be very difficult for me. Therefore the I am very happy with the care and support I receive.

OMG! She was so kind and understanding. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the health conditions I'm experiencing. I didn't feel rushed nor did I sit and wait for any length of time. She was very professional and I am requesting my appointments with her in the future.

Given the location of the doctor's office combined with the nature of the call; a video visit certainly was the answer. When merely reviewing data and "checking in" there is little need for an in person visit.

I scheduled this appointment with the provider as I finish my last appointment. She made that easy. Usually I find Cleveland Clinic scheduling a nightmare, but this office allowing you to schedule it as you complete the last appointment that less efficient process

I still have a problem with Dr Heinrich's assistant who is listed as the "inspire nurse" she isn't very personable and doesn't listen to me as a patient. I was trying to answer questions and she - The assistant- said to me- cutting me off "Try not to talk" !! I didn't care for that.
