Ms. Bockmuller listened to me carefully and asked questions based on the information I conveyed. I'm not sure if she was wearing a mask whenever she first saw me, or the nurse told her I was masked, but when Ms. Bockmuller came into the exam room, she was masked. Her physical examination seemed thorough. She seemed a better caregiver than most doctors I have seen at the Clinic over the last 25-30 years.

I was really stuck. I was completely out of a particular medication and, as a result, had not slept for five consecutive days. I couldn't get a follow-up appointment with the prescribing doctor until September, and I was suffering greatly from the effects of prolonged sleeplessness. I went into the Beachwood Family Health Center and requested a same day appointment, with an eye towards obtaining a "bridge" prescription to tide me over until my scheduled doctor's appointment in September. I was a mess, shaking, crying, and very upset. Lauren had compassion on me and made time in her busy schedule to see me that same day. She reached out to my doctor and obtained the much-needed bridge prescription. Lauren is my hero. Thank you, Lauren.
