Very impressed with Shannon. Was upset when my appointment that I made 6 months ago with Dr Margoulias was cancelled and couldn't be rescheduled until October even with me being his patient already.However I was very pleased with the nurse practitioner!!

Shannon is always thoughtful about how she approaches things, making sure what she relays is relevant to me. She is encouraging and takes her time explaining things. She offers opportunity for me to be a part of my care. I would highly recommend her to others.
