Kaylen has always demonstrated the deepest respect for me as a patient, migraine sufferer, and nursing colleague. She has always listened compassionately to my symptoms and discussed treatment ideas with me so we could agree on best next steps.

I would highly recommend Kaylen. I felt like she really listened to me and took the time to understand what my issues were. It was a bit of a drive for me to see her, but I don't mind to get the care that I need.

She was very knowledgeable on the topic (which oddly enough has NOT been the case with other providers I've seen) and she did not make me feel irrational or dismissed regarding my concerns of my echocardiogram results/family history.

She was incredibly rude and condescending to me. I told her I no longer wanted to stay with the cleveland clinic when I was walking out of exam room I heard her tell her colleague "Well I just got fired" and laughed
