Amber is the best medical practitioner I've ever seen. She is the easiest to talk to and truly listens to you and then uses her expert knowledge to formulate a healthcare plan for you. I've recently relocated to Columbus, Oh two hours away and I still make the commute to see her. AMAZING!!!!

Amber Rosenkranz was a "breath of fresh air" when it came to communication and patience. I had several questions for her and didn't feel rushed. I felt that my comments and questions were taken and answered considerately. I left the office feeling like she genuinely cared.

Nurse Rosenkrantz was extremely helpful in prescribing the medicine I needed to fight Covid. She was knowledgeable and caring during our video visit.

This was my first time seeing NP Rosencrantz, and I was pleased with the experience. She addressed every concern I raised and ensured I was able to see my primary care physician within a reasonable amount of time for a follow-up visit.

I really wanted to ask for the co pay back. She spent 5 minutes with us and really did not talk to my child. She had no bed side manner and I did not feel like she cared. I will never take my child back to her. If the doctors are not available why am I paying for a stand in. She was useless.

Was hesitant to schedule with someone other than my primary care doctor but I would definitely recommend Amber. She was extremely helpful, explained things thoroughly and I didn't feel rushed at all during the appointment. She offered very helpful information for me to follow up on.

Amber is wonderful. She listens,reflects,checks on the chart for information before making any decision. Dr Fuentes was my dr and I felt so at ease with him. I was afraid I would not receive that care again but Amber has ease my fear. She is an excellent p.a. ,she would make a great dr but I don't want to loose her.

My appointment with Amber was very helpful and informative. I was expecting to have a yearly physical appointment with my PC. At this appointment was referred to someone who help me with my immediate concerns and schedule with my doctor for an appointment.

I was not sure about not going to my regular primary doctor. But Doctor Rozenkrantz was great! She even went beyond and changed the dressing on my bone marrow wounds from the previous day. I really enjoyed her!

It is a big problem in any doctors office, trying to reach the doctor or nurse practitioner when you have a question. My chart seems to take a long time to get ant questions answered.
