Amazing experience, I brought my wife to listen and ask any questions she might have, we also asked clarifying questions about my previous appointment and she was so kind to repeat any information that I may have already been given previously.Incredibly grateful for the experience with Erika Gross, she took the time we needed to understand and answer our questions.

Erika Gross is the only provider who turns the computer screen toward me and explains what the blood test numbers reveal to her.

I was fortunate Dr Deitzer referred me to Erika Gross! She impressed me with her caring attitude and how she explained the results of all the tests she ordered. I liked the way she came to her diagnosis by making sure that all tests were done that were needed! She also was very patient with all the questions I had!

I had several questions about my blood work and Erika took the time to answer them all. I also asked about my appointments going forward and she explained the protocol. There was a question about my infusion treatment and she verified the answer with Dr Maiti before I left.
