Erika was prepared for my visit and had reviewed the lab test results prior to my appointment. She took time in explaining what the lab results signified and answered all of my questions. The virtual appointment worked well and she was able to show me the screen with the test results we were reviewing.

I have not been very lucky with doctors et al at Cleveland Clinic. However, she treated me with respect and care. I was almost in tears because she really did talk to me and not at me as most of the CC staff does. I am so grateful to have her on my side!

Erika Gross was very thorough and organized. She took time prior to the procedure to explain what would be happening and answered all of my questions. During the procedure she talked to me and explained the next steps to help ease any worries. She was very skilled and pleasant.
