She was knowledgeable and took my suggestions to heart when it was decided I would contact the office if I needed help. I did not expect that kind of acceptance.

Dr says he wants to see you in 3 months. Girl at desk won't schedule appt, says we will get a letter. Two months latter we get a letter to call and make the appt, and then you can't get in for another 4-5 months but to see dr's PA not him.

Was extremely impressed with Dr Nabeel's assistant. She was well versed in both my condition and my husbands, she had done her homework and came in with notes on our histories, meds ect.

Dr Nabeel and his PA ect are exceptional. They take the time to look back at xrays, surgeries, ect. They are the only Cleveland Clinic facility I have anything good to say about. All others rush you in, out, are unprepared and you are constantly repeating history. Stop all of the redundant phone calls, emails, having to repeat every question In the computer, In the office, with the nurses. Then maybe you could get In to see a doctor when you need to.
