My visit with Ms. Sedlak was extremely satisfying. She was up to speed on my history /case file although this was my first visit with her. Even prior to our meeting, she was very instrumental in helping me get medication approval (Avonex) thru the insurance bureaucracy in a timely manner. In my mind she sets the highest standard for patient care.

I am extremely lucky to have Jennifer as a member of my care team. She answers all my questions with care and compassion. Having Jen as my provider brings be a great deal of comfort.

Dr.Jennifer Sedlak is the best of the best. I am very impressed with her knowledge, her compassion, her caring & dedication to me. She spent a good amount of time trying to get to the bottom of my issues. I can honestly say we appreciate her time to get to know us, too, as a patient & friend. Thank you, Dr. Jenn for all you do for your patients!

I couldn't possibly have anything better about my provider for this visit. I wish every healthcare provider were like Jennifer. She was SO friendly. So knowledgeable, truly made a scary situation seem like it was going to be ok. And it was. I am so incredibly happy with the care that I received.

Jennifer is very pleasant and attentive. Her history taking and physical evaluations are very thorough ( I should know, I am a retired physician ). Her knowledge and treatment recommendations are excellent. She works closely with the attending neurologist who In turn Is great In my opinion. I recommend them very highly
