Heather Froimson is excellent. She always takes my preferences into consideration and has patience with my questions. She answers my questions with information about *why* she's making a recommendation, not just a conclusion or telling me what to do. She is very understanding that "life happens" and I can't always start a treatment right away, and doesn't dismiss me or condescend. She also gives me hope. I'm very grateful for her.

Heather is amazing. She knows right where to put my injections for maximum relief, and is very quick which is helpful when you're getting 40 shots in your head, neck and upper shoulders.

Heather is the best! I appreciate that she "knows me". When I am having issues, she listens and helps me to find solutions that are appropriate for me and work. If I have not seen her for some time, she takes the time to review my medical history prior to discussing any current issues so she sees a more complete picture. I feel "seen" and very much a part of my health care.
