This was my first experience with this provider. Wow! What a great experience it was. She listened intently to my concerns and the reason I was there. She was very thorough and made sure I felt well cared for. I never felt rushed out that my issue was not valid. I was so pleased and look forward to future visits with this provider.

Rachel was as attentive as Dr. Southworth. I was very confident with her recommendations. She thoroughly listened to my concerns and advised me to message her if I didn't see improvement in 24 hours.

She accompanied me to scheduling. They had an opening for a recommended test and I am not sure how, but my Initial cardiology apt. Was able to be moved up about a month.
