She accompanied me to scheduling. They had an opening for a recommended test and I am not sure how, but my Initial cardiology apt. Was able to be moved up about a month.

Rachel is the BEST! Even though she had to cope with no computer service on the fourth floor, everything was handled quite professionally and completely. I would visit again and request her if that was possible. 10 of 10!!!

Rachel Listened intently as I described my symptoms. She asked questions to clarify and complete her understanding. She diid a thorough examination And explained her recommended treatment. She gave reasons why she felt each prescription or test was necessary or unnecessary. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

Rachel was excellent. She was very professional, with kindness. She listened, included me in the decision making. Rachel also asked me to fu in MyChart with her on Monday, I did Tuesday instead. She sent a response to my text quickly!!
