Dr. Higgins was very thorough and thoughtful in her assessment of my history and current condition. My husband and I appreciated the time she spent explaining and answering questions. I was so hopeful to get in to see her because of her knowledge of my disease and very grateful when an appointment became available when I was there at the clinic It was also reassuring when she confirmed how providers in the Vasculitis clinic work together regarding a patient's care

She was absolutely phenomenal. Explained the problem thoroughly and the strategies to tackle it. For first time in eight months, I am finally able to function without any congestion 24/7 and I have loads of energy. Although it could be temporary, I know what causes the problem.

The receptionist scheduled my MRI for 6 weeks ahead, and that was not good. With any kind of growth in your head, the doctor should see that imaging ASAP. When my doctor called me I called for imaging availability and was seen that day.
