Dr. Higgins is excellent and relatable. This visit, in particular, showed those qualities to an even greater extent because I had just lost my father and her immediate response to my tears was comforting me. Not all doctors would have done that. She is professional and thorough but also "human" and I have already recommended her to family and friends.
