Dr. Ha was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. It was my first office visit with her, and I'm glad an appointment with her was available on short notice.

My wife comes from a doctor family and seeing the changes in medicine over the decades has been sad. We are now in the age of assembly line medicine and patients having to be self advocates, it was so nice to speak with Dr. Ha. She was patient and attentive and thorough. Dr. Ha answered all of our questions and was very frank and realistic about what to expect. Truly a pleasure to have a block of uninterrupted time with a doctor. Giving us hope for some straight answers as to my husband's condition. Thank you Dr. Ha.

I was desperately sick with Covid, too sick to go anywhere in person for an appointment. Dr. Fernandez's office offered a video appointment which was a lifesaver same day. Dr. Ha was great And called in a prescription for Paxilovid for me

Dr. Ha is a great coordinator, manager, "prioritizer." She organized and presented the results from my four doctors in a comprehensive, clarifying way that created a clear path for me to follow. Five stars out of four!!

The doctor was very thorough and prescribed a medicine that would not interact with the meds I am currently taking. Obviously she acquainted herself with my chart and my medical history.

Was not patient with me trying to tell her about all the anomalies in my blood work. Seemed not to care about what my hemotoligst was telling me. Said she couldn't use that information, because she didn't have records. Should have had records

I first talked to Dr. Ha to arrange appointments. I was told everything will be done through the clinic. I reached out to Dr. Ha asking if there was anything I needed to do. She responded that everything was set. At my visit no blood was drawn, no tests were done it felt like it was an expensive waste of time.

Both my son and I were very impressed with Dr. Ha. She was called in to fill in for Dr. Miller and was very gracious to give us more than ample time to discuss our concerns. She is obviously a very knowledgeable person and made us feel comfortable and at ease with all the subjects she addressed. When we were finally done with all of my visits her wrap up was very clear and understandable for both my son and me. We felt that our travel to Cleveland Clinic was very well rewarded by the excellent care, concern and advice we were given.

She did not help me understand anything better. In fact my questions were answered with a dismissing answer. A diagnosis the neurologist provided, Dr Ha called Mibromialga and in fact that is not what it is. She did not understand the degree of my concerns.

I do not believe I can put into words how incredible Dr. Linda Ha was. If there was a category for excellent service, that would best describe my experience with her. She was incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic and extremely compassionate.. . She truly listened to my concerns and also my husbands concerns. I had lost all hope. I have been experiencing troubling symptoms for 2 years and my doctors/specialists in Indianapolis just did not care enough to figure anything out. In fact important clues were missed. Both my husband and I are incredibly grateful for Dr. Ha!

The conversation with Doctor Ha. We discussed 3 issues. Hypertension, shoulder pain caused by having no cartridge, and horrible back pain. I received a follow up appointment for the Hypertension but haven't heard anything about appointments for my back or shoulders. I would be helpful to know where things stand with those 2 issues

Some trouble connecting day of appointment, but Dr walked me through process to get us connected . This made us start a little later than planned but we still got through the appointment.
