Ms. Bruwer is a gem! She is exceptionally knowledgeable about fine points of j-tube issues and very attentive. She is also compassionate and kind. When I expressed gratitude for her taking extra time to carefully remove a dressing so the tape wouldn't tear my rather fragile skin, she responded that that was how she would want to be treated. Not every one would have made that kind of effort. I also appreciate the way she treats me respectfully. She is a genuine credit to Cleveland Clinic and to Dr. Kirby's team!
