Kathleen Muhvic, Audiologist, was really exceptional. She tested my hearing and then provided me with education regarding hearing aides. She listened to me with empathy and took great care and time to ensure that I understood everything and that all of my needs were met. I requested her specifically for my follow-up appointment as I really appreciated the excellent care that she provided me. It was evident that she really cared about me as a human being.
