Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

Dr. Kamath is excellent! We are so grateful for him. After being diagnosed with colorectal cancer and surgery, I was randomly assigned to him by an appointment scheduler. Thank God for that lady. He is the best. Caring, professional, made us feel as if we were his only patient.

Dr Kamath is very communicative and empathetic but without pity or condescension. His positive-optimistic persuasion is not overbearing but contagious. Dr. Kamath is collegial both with his peers and co service providers but also with me as patient. I would say he is exceptional indeed.

Dr Kamath and staff are the best! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, explains everything. Always asks if there are any questions and answers in detail. Never feel rushed. I could not ask for a better Dr. As far as scheduling, have had issues the past few months. Twice, 1 of my 3 appts didnt get scheduled I get each visit. Was very hard to get a hold of anyone. Dr Kamaths assistant immediately went and corrected the appts. But overall, a great group of people!
