Very frustrated as I was told to specifically make appointment with Iryna. She basically asked why I made the appointment and told me it would be best to just wait for my appointment, not sure why I wasted my time and money. Was instructed via MyChart to see Iryna specifically

It's hard to get in contact with the doctors office without being redirected to outside schedulers. Only the office can schedule the practitioner.

I sense a lack of a clear care plan. Following the doctor's recommendation for an ultrasound yielded no findings. The practitioner's delayed response, coupled with difficulty reaching them during office hours, led to a message instead. Despite reaching out for next steps on Wednesday, I was advised to schedule another appointment. It seems like the initial appointment should have addressed the next course of action.

She seemed confused about the new appointment system which caused confusion and concern for me as a patient. She seemed to contradict certain things she said when it came to newly being pregnant. Such as being active but not too active and she didn't seem to know what hyperwellness IV treatments were. Overall, the visit made me question myself and the I left more frustrated then reassured by the provider

If I could haver her as my "everything" doctor I would! Shes amazing, she listens, she answers all the questions with words that I can understand, shes compassionate, caring and overall the best person to have on my Fertility Journey! Along side Dr.Mooney! (:

Tryna is the ultimate professional. She is kind, and knowledgeable and approached the process of family building In such a way that makes me feel I can access the tools I need with her support. Iryna Is one of the best care providers I have worked with.

I am beyond happy with the care I received. Iryna is the best PA! She was extremely thorough, kind, patient, and she threw in some humor during my procedure which really meant a lot to me. I feel that this line of work really requires someone with a kind heart and open ear and that's exactly what Iryna has. She was truly the best at making me feel like I'm a person and informing me of everything that was going to happen before, during and after the appointment.
