Dana offers the utmost in quality care, explains everything before or as she is performing an exam, and takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I never feel anything but respected and valued and I never feel as if my appointment is being rushed through. She always provides excellent, patient-centered care to me.

Dana Leslie was great! I really enjoyed how kind she was and making me feel comfortable. There is a big stigma around talking about vaginal health and she was very supportive and helpful when answering questions that I had. Explained the whole process of a pap and questions I had about birth control.

Dana is a wonderful NP and I cannot say enough good things about her! She explains things and listens carefully, and always has my health and safety in mind. She is definitely one of the best there is and I cannot commend her enough.

Alexandria Delasastos called me prior to this appointment. She was so very kind to clarify with me the details of some questions I had asked. She took time to listen and answer all of my questions. She also sheduled a follow up appointment with Dr. Thacker for me. Her professional kindness and concern were amazing. She epitomizes what every care giver should be. Dr. Thacker and her team are outstanding compassionate people with such skilled professional qualities. A dream true for sure! And Dana Leslie reflects every one of the qualities I just mentioned! What an incredible provider. I will complete my survey with comments of my visit with her.

Dana Leslie is an exemplary provider. Her great interpersonal skills coupled with her clinical expertise are the perfect combination for an outstanding patient experience and that's exactly what I had. She listens very well and takes the time to address each questions. It's so reassuring and refreshing to have this kind of experience. Truly she was so professional and so caring is was very impressive. She a gem and she is the reason I will always choose CCF for my care and can confidently recommend others to CCF. Dana Leslie is terrific! Gyno exams are always stressful but she just keeps it moving and light hearted. She listened to my requests and after assessing whether they were appropriate for me and If I knew side effects she called in what I needed. I like her as a person so I can't help but like her as my provider. I give her an A++++

First time with Dana Leslie and I felt so comfortable with her. She answered all my questions and made me feel like it was a combined effort in her recommendationsshe listened to me, took the vibe I was giving off, and included me/got my agreement with her recommendations.
