Provider took little time to discuss options of new treatment plan, which was the point of visit and did not discuss the potential negative side effects of new treatment with me until prompted. Little was discussed regarding the upcoming procedure we were meant to prep for.

Excellent and thorough care provided by Dana CNP. She also assisted in scheduling for the needed future appt.( The scheduler had refused to schedule a future appt. (On-site appt) since she scheduled a virtual appt. She said I could not have an on-site visit.

Wasn't sure what to expect but Dana put me at ease the minute she walked into the room. Advised me on what to expect when I meet with Dr Thacker in September and also gave me great advise to calm my nerves entering this next stage in my life!

Dana Leslie was great! I really enjoyed how kind she was and making me feel comfortable. There is a big stigma around talking about vaginal health and she was very supportive and helpful when answering questions that I had. Explained the whole process of a pap and questions I had about birth control.

Alexandria Delasastos called me prior to this appointment. She was so very kind to clarify with me the details of some questions I had asked. She took time to listen and answer all of my questions. She also sheduled a follow up appointment with Dr. Thacker for me. Her professional kindness and concern were amazing. She epitomizes what every care giver should be. Dr. Thacker and her team are outstanding compassionate people with such skilled professional qualities. A dream true for sure! And Dana Leslie reflects every one of the qualities I just mentioned! Dana Leslie is an exemplary provider. Her great interpersonal skills coupled with her clinical expertise are the perfect combination for an outstanding patient experience and that's exactly what I had. She listens very well and takes the time to address each questions. It's so reassuring and refreshing to have this kind of experience. Truly she was so professional and so caring is was very impressive. She a gem and she is the reason I will always choose CCF for my care and can confidently recommend others to CCF. Dana Leslie is by far one of the best !! I actually enjoy seeing her. She is so smart, sweet & fun. I despise going to the gyno but having her is a breath of fresh air !! I love her !!!
