I went in for a well visit. I had been having minor sinus infection symptoms for over a week, which I'm prone to getting. Two days prior it really hit hard. Dr. Sood told me it was likely a virus and wait until Monday, (this was a Tuesday), and he would call in a z pack if I wasn't better. I then asked him to check me ears because they hurt. He said they were fine and told me to get a nasal spray which I did. He never looked in my throat and I left. Thursday morning I had no voice, and being a teacher, I took another day off and went to urgent care. I tested positive for strep throat and put on an antibiotic. I felt blown off with my concerns with Dr. Sood, and felt like he was just following protocol without considering my history, or job. I've never been treated like that before, and was very disappointed.

Dr Sood takes good care of his patients. He is very friendly and caring. He checks your meds, making sure they are correct and if any refills are needed. He always asks if ypu have questions, and I especially like the fact that he always answers the messages he receives promptly. Good job Dr Sood

My blood pressure was 200/100 for a week straight, I ended up in the hospital.That was several years ago, my blood pressure is now 122/72.All thanks to the wonderful care of my doctor and the Cleveland Clinic.

I'm sure I have covered this b4 in previous comments. Dr. Sood actually cares, cares about results & like a detective he takes his time to investigate the situation & surrounds himself with a staff that's a team.
