When he came in the room he had zero idea why I was there, didn't know the treatment he prescribed (pt due to insurance being stupid), was in complete shock that I'm in excruciating pain. People have off days, I know he's very busy, and a good doctor. But please read the patients chart more than just the last entry before going into the exam room.

Dr lanzinger took my broken arm out of a cast after only 3 weeks. Due to his negligence I'm back in a cast and now needing surgery cause he took it off too soon
