Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

This appointment was for a second opinion when my symptoms had not improved- as I felt the neurologist I had seen before (with ProMedica) didn't listen to me and didn't seem to care. This being said, I very much appreciated the time that Dr. Claytor took with me- he did a full assessment- probably spent 45 minutes with me overall. Most importantly he listened to me- he specifically told me that he has access to my medical record but didn't read the other providers' notes as he wanted to hear what I had to say and make his own conclusions. I loved this. I also liked that he asked me which of my symptoms bothered me the most and what I understood about what was going on with me. At the conclusion of my appointment, Dr. Clayton took time to research how one of the medications I take could be causing some of my symptoms. I'm very glad I decided to see Dr. Claytor for piece of mind. He does a great job!

Dr. Claytor is amazing and has helped me manage my POTS symptoms enough to be able to attend med school which I would not have been able to prior to seeing him due to how bad my symptoms were. Dr. Wilson's video visits regarding POTS are also helpful! It's nice to meet people who are going through this too

Dr. Benjamin Claytor was so very kind, thorough, compassionate and explained my ALS diagnosis in depth including medications and treatment most promising at this time. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the time he took in my appointment. I also had a few follow up questions and called the next day and he personally called me back and answered everything. He is an amazing neurologist who I would highly recommend to everyone.
