Since I had quite a distance to come to the Cleveland Clinic I was very grateful that the staff worked very hard to get an injection for me on the same day as my appointment with the doctor. They also took x-rays of my knee since I said that that was also painful for me. Radiology department was excellent as was every department that worked to make this happen. Following my appointment Shawn went above and beyond to help me get authorization for physical therapy.

Dr, Piuzzi was exceptional! Great explanation of where the problem is, how to resolve it with surgery, the potential risks of the surgery, and length of recovery period. We left feeling confident that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Also, he was personable and it is evident he loves being a doctor and that he cares about the outcomes for his patients. Highly recommend!
