The scheduling when calling for an appointment is 3-4 months out with my doctors

The doctor confused my test results then interrupted them incorrectly, did not discuss possible treatment and did not give me options for further testing. When I attempted to reach the clinic to correct the issues, my concerns were left unheard. I ended up getting a second opinion.

This Team is tge very best. Rachel Mangan and Dr. Djohan are amazing, they are patient, thorough and professional. They never rush or assume theknow your concerns.yet, they addressed all my concerns.

She took the time to review the procedure and answer all of my questions since having the procedure.

The CNP assisting in the procedure was excellent! She made sure to make relatable conversation with my daughter, was kind and communicated well with us as parents as well.

Rachael could not perform the procedure through no fault of her own she was not given enough information from the plastic surgeon. Procedure had to be canceled. She was very apologetic. More communication between surgeon and NP would avoid a wasted trip
