Reviewed on Oct 23, 2024

Dr Sparano is hands down, across the board, a 5 star provider. She not only listened to all of my concerns, she read the papers I printed to inform her of what is going on, voiced her own concerns, detailed what she thought was happening based off test results I have had, reassured me when it comes to my racing or low heart rates, told me what to keep an eye on, encouraged keeping my future appointments and testing, and even gave me a back up plan of treatment depending on the results of the future tests. In the last year of this process of finding out what is happening with my heart, coming to Cleveland Clinic was my best decision.

Overall, I am pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Sparano. The auxiliary staff varies.

Reviewed on Apr 24, 2024

Only reason I responded poor in making an appointment is because of how busy and probably how many patients Dr. Sparano has. She wanted me back in a month but couldn't get an appointment for 2 1/2 months later. Not her fault. I guess I'm just gonna end up calling the office in a month. She started me on a new medication and wants to see if it's working. She gave me enough for a month so I'd need another refill or possibly she said she might up the dose.
