This was annual well-check. Nicole remembered me and my many issues. Because I now have developed kidney failure, I was thinking I should ask to see a physician to coordinate my care. Nicole has greatly increased her understanding of the issues since we first met, and I now feel confident she can manage my issues. I did not ask for a DO is an MD. I am staying with Nicole. Thank you.

The provider was awesome!!!! She listened to my daughter and myself and gave her a prescription. The whole visit was about 15 min! It was fantastic.
