Felt very respected by the nurse and the doctor. Doctor Moudgil was very patient and actually sat down and drew a picture. he addressed possible treatments and confirmed my suspicions on possible causes or contributing factors. Both my husband and I confirmed that it was definitely with the three hour trip!

My physician gave me enough time to ask questions - never felt like time was an issue.

Reviewed on Feb 4, 2021

My biggest complaint is that I used the "MyChart" software to correct medications list and provide current medications. I was told by both the Nurse and the Doctor that none of this information is integrated into the clinical record at Cleveland clinic. This is a serious deterrent to using MyChart.
