Unfortunately this nurse practitioner does not work at Chestnut Commons but saw me on an emergent basis at the Lorain Family Health Center. She exemplifies through great compassion what a primary care provider can display.

Laura Nelson was professional and interested in my health and future well being. Patient, courteous asked questions of me and not only heard my answers but it was obvious by her responses that most importantly listened to my responses. I will and have recommended her to anyone I know!
