Again video failure was on my end . Makes it hard for Dr to assess with that problem . But hospital is 3 hours away. So it is still much easier and I feel safer in my own home .

Maria answered all my questions and provided rationale for why certain tests needed to be scheduled. She is always kind and caring and makes it very comfortable to ask questions

Everybody at Dr. Recinos office especially Maria has always been accommodating to all of our needs including scheduling. We know that they all do genuinely care about us. Our phone calls are promptly returned, and concerns are promptly taken care of.

Maria has been my follow up care provider since 2019 when I had surgery. She has always been professional and extremely pleasant to visit with when I have follow up MRIs. She never rushes our visits and thoroughly goes through past and current tests. If I have a concern during other times, she always makes an effort to get back with me. Her compassion for her patients Is always evident and she Is a true asset to Cleveland Clinic.
