Very dissatisfied with provider. She showed no Interest in me at all. A wasted visit, co-pay, and time. I took off early to be there on time. Just a disappointment and a waste.

The provider was a little curt in the beginning, but she warmed up a bit into the visit

My concern was related to post surgical symptoms that matched things before surgery and a CSF leak found during surgery. Dr. Sheldon discounted my concern stating that there was a 0.000000.....percent chance of me having a reoccurrence of the leak at 8 months. At the same time stated that it was an abnormality that I had one to begin with, which to me means there should be more of a concern about reoccurrence, especially given that no one ever answered the question of how long it could have been there and if it was the cause of my symptoms, which went away for a long time after surgery. No option of validating my concern was offered. I was basically dismissed back to my PCP.

Initially she was very cold and mechanical cutting off my answers because they weren't direct enough for the questions in front of here. Because of not being able to explain the history and current state of my problem, I was not able to give all the details, which suited her fine because she seemed to care less. Very cold and mechanical with complete lack of empathy.

I left this appointment feeling so completely intimidated and bullied to the point that I will no longer be seeking care with the Cleveland Clinic and will be returning to UH. Ms. Sheldon was not only rude and condescending but acted as if she was doing me a big favor by granting me an audience. She was not at all interested in me as a person nor listening to the specifics of my individual case. She was more interested in watching the clock than providing any sort of care.

The Physician assistant was very good. She new what questions to ask and I was given a good deal of insight in to the process.
