As experts in their fields, Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists are often sought after by industry to consult, provide expertise and education.

To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

Dr. Moss was great!

The video visit was very useful and allowed us to ask questions and follow up appropriately. We were able to schedule needed follow up immediately with Dr. Moss, which was wonderful. We also were able to address a variety of concerns. The only thing I missed was the pre-appointment assessment, which I feel is helpful in tracking any increase in disability due to the disease progression. For this reason, I would not want to have 100% telemedicine, but for most appointments it is wonderful.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Moss and the other doctor who was working with him (I can't remember her name). They were both absolutely amazing, explained things well, provided options, and allowed me to feel empowered about making the choices that would best fit my life and treat my illness. Follow-up appointment was scheduled easily and the appointment was one of the best I've had anywhere.

Dr. Moss was great! My appointment with him would have been better if I would have known up front that I only had a 30 minute appointment, that way I could have had a chance to request more time since I traveled all the way from Savannah, Georgia for this appointment.

The whole staff is always pleasant, respectful, caring and thoughtful about my questions and concerns. Dr. Moss is always including me in my action plans for my health and always ask me if I have any concerns that I want to address. He is very knowledgeable in his field of studies and in all areas of what Cleveland Clinic have to offer. I especially love the fact that I can have certain types of procedures done in the Cleveland Clinic locations near where I live.

I felt like I had a really good experience with Dr. Moss. I'm currently having a very very bad flare with my sarcoidosis and none of my local physicians really know how to handle it and I feel much more at ease since my consultation with Dr. Moss And I have a lot of confidence in the plan that he has for me. I also appreciate that going forward if we can't get this current flare under control that he has options moving forward to try other things

Dr. Moss is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is easy to connect with (personable) and listens well. He takes time to answer all of my questions and has never made me feel rushed. He is incredibly knowledgeable but is also self-aware and humble enough to acknowledge when he doesn't know something. That is partly what makes him a great doctor. As a plus, he has a great sense of humor and is very down to earth in addition to his other wonderful qualities. I am so thankful to have him as my doctor.
