Somehow my message to schedule an appointment with Dr. Genther never got to Krista. I was told she was out of the office and would return my call. I made 3 calls. I finally used the portal. Luckily I was able to schedule. Then I called a week later to confirm. I did get through to Krista. But If Krista was out of the office for a long period of time, someone should have followed up and returned my phone call.

Dr. Genther has been giving me Botox injections for my synkinesis. Sometimes I get a little queezy. He explained that it's normal, and always asks if I need a break. I never know when it's going to happen-but he doesn't make me feel uncomfortable when it happens.
