Kristen went above and beyond, giving me all the time I needed. I changed my primary so that I can be seen by her and the GP In the future

Kristin Ward was the PA that saw me. She was very compassionate about how poorly I was feeling and took plenty of time to properly diagnose me to ensure I was on the mend soon. In the past I've seen nurse practitioners and pa's that I wasn't sure were actually diagnosing me correctly which has always made me Leary to see a PA Or LPN but my care team absolutely did an excellent job this time around!!

The NP (Ms. Ward), nurse and secretary at Strongsville CCF Satellite were all so kind and apologetic that the initial scheduler booked my appointment incorrectly.

My appointment was cancelled 2x because of unavailable provider, the second scheduled appointment was cancelled a couple of hours before the appointment and I missed the message prompting me to show up for the appointment, my fault? It is good that I don't live too far away from the clinic but I don't know how you can improve on this.
