The Doctor herself was good and I will be glad to continue to see her however the nurse was short and snippy with me and I was verbally attacked at the end by the scheduler

I'm not the most compliant patient, but NP Kelly Nelson is so understanding, and very patient with me. She never makes me feel more ashamed than I already do with myself, and comes up with next steps to get me to where I need to be health wise. It's hard enough to find the mental capacity to want to make changes to better yourself and having NP Kelly Nelson on my health team makes all the difference.
