Dr. Entazari was very pleasant but he clearly did not think my preferred approach to my shoulder pain was preferable. I was most concerned about a low level of long-term side effects that would allow me to continue to live independently whereas I think his approach was to provide the optimum level of result, despite the potential for more serious side effects. I did appreciate the information he gave me about the potential problems of waiting too long for a surgical solution though that was not a primary concern of mine

Reviewed on May 2, 2022

My main concern was to have the doctor identify how much my shoulder problems were contributing to my neck and arm pain. That was not answered, since the doc gave me cortisone shots in my shoulder joints and indicated I come back in 2 months for a follow up assessment. Time will tell

I'm 69 years old and have had several (too many) procedures. I have never met any surgeon or GP that has shown more kindness and professionalism as Dr. Entezari. As important as that is, it does not compare to the level of thoroughness and knowledge he showed during our discussion.

As an elderly first visit couple we wandered around looking for the intended office...maybe accompaniment would've helped. We're impressed with the caliber of the doctor - his ability to remain focused on my concerns. . .except when discussing me with his resident. I feel the decision for treatment was the best and only one worth trying. Thanks to the doctor. Please give me a written post appt recap with clear diagnosis, description of condition and whatever plan we agreed on elderly people cannot read between there lines. I couldn't correctly follow instructions on the portal. And, the food was tasty but once again, rather confusing to an elderly first timer. Thank you all.
