Christy is excellent. She listens first to what you need to say or ask. She answers all questions and is empathetic to more serious issues. She also has a fun sense of humor which I appreciate. She puts one at ease. I appreciate her immensely.

This was the first time I met Christie. I was very happy appointment, with her listening to my concerns, she has some really good suggestions, and she was very professional. When she was talking to me, she would stop typing look at me listen and then go back to the chart and add what needed to be added.

Christy Hagen was a very good listener. During the examination she asked good questions and explained what she was doing. She was very thorough. She explained next steps and asked if I was OK with the plan. She was very personable and I was comfortable with her.

Christy has always been nothing but kind to me, she always addresses all of my health issues, and she has a genuine concern for her patients, and she takes her time with me and doesn't rush me like most other Cleveland Clinic providers, that's why I drive 45 minutes to see her, she's worth the drive.
