Laura Kraus shows a genuine concern about making me feel comfortable about my care and me feeling apart of decision making. I don't experience this often with most doctors. Nor does she look down at her patient ( me).

I love Laura Kraus. She's been my psychiatrist for a long time, and I'd never see anyone else unless I absolutely had to.

Dr. Kraus is always so pleasant, show compassion, empathy & very supportive & understanding of my situations. I really appreciate her care & wish there was more doctors like her.

Asked about my concerns. All the medication has been working. Listen to everything I had to say. Advised me on the new medication's and what to expect. Very comfortable speaking with the doctor.

Laura is a rare find. She is present, knowledgeable and compassionate. She listened and gave me competent and helpful feedback to every single question and issue that I had during each visit or conversation. Laura's reassuring and positive demeanor has haloed me through two of the most devastating experiences that I've had in my entire life; the latest being the sudden and traumatic death of my husband.

Outstanding provider - so far, (we've only had 1 appt), I'm very impressed with her depth of knowledge, level of concern/bedside manner, ease of handling my verbosity in a tactical/respectful manner, preparation for the appt, wealth of treatment ideas that I've never been presented with before after decades of seeking help, response time when I contact her, etc., All in all, I felt she really cared & was up to the task even though my case is very complex and felt that she is very motivated in her chosen profession.
