Response time from the primary care doctor for a following appointment about a Paxlovid replacement - or perhaps Paxlovid - was past the five day requirement. Fortunately, it was a mild case of Covid.

In the past for virtual visits you were able to choose the provider you wanted and it showed the current wait time for each provider. With the new app I didn't have this option

Wendy is one of the best practitioners I have ever seen, so sad that she is leaving. She listens to everything I tell her at our visits and makes treatment decisions with my input considered.

Wendy Born (NP) was excellent!! She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough!!! I would recommend her to anyone and will see her again!!!
