Jennifer Wilson was so kind and caring. This was my first time seeing her to establish care, and I'm so happy with my decision to see her. She listened to my concerns and didn't brush anything off as unimportant. She showed compassion and empathy.

EKG did not show pvcs and provider did not listen to my heart for more than 3 seconds to hear palpitations. Blood pressure was 86/58 and I was laying on the examine table and it's charted that I'm well appearing and hydrated.

She seemed to care & was concerned about my issue. She immediately ordered tests for me to have at the hospital the same day ! She notified me very quickly of the results & made me an appointment within 2 days with a surgeon.

Please recognize Jennifer Wilson. She is so compassionate, kind, understanding, helpful, and overall a wonderful NP. She has a desire to find out what is potentially wrong and find solutions to correct.

I am VERY happy on how the appt/conversation/visit went with Jennifer Wilson . She made me feel welcome,actually asked me how I was doing and if I had any questions and asked in a caring way - it made me feel at ease/comfortable/blessed to be at the meeting. I really needed an approach like she had (Courteous,caring,thoughtful,explanatory)and to have her help me through/make an initial strategy for these new health Issues In my life was a relief/much appreciated. I felt like I was cared for and treated with respect through the whole visit . She explained everything and answered my questions in a way that I could understand and made it feel like a TEAM effort.....and I clearly understand that TEAM philosophy. It was clear she cared about my health Issues,me getting healthier ,where I am at In my new lifestyle/direction and ME as a person . THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME! 5 GOLD stars for Jennifer Wilson! Jennifer Wilson is one of the only doctors I've had that really does care about my well being and it really makes having a mildly irritating disease so much better to deal with. Always will appreciate what she does.

I travel to Chardon to see this doctor. Always takes the time to listen, empathize, and not judge. Sometimes I know my concerns may seem unrealistic due to my anxieties but she takes time to listen and not make me feel crazy.

First attempt to schedule in MyChart for an annual exam. Response back was to call to schedule. I called the number provided. I was able to get in when wanted, however, I was scheduled for an annual exam in a 20 min appointment slot. My provider was limited with what she could do in that amount of time.

I can not rave about my experience with Jen enough. I was so nervous and anxious about my appointment after a traumatic experience at my annual exam with another provider. Not only did Jen validate my feelings and listen to my concerns, we came up with a plan for my exam, and successfully executed on it. Jen was kind, simply explained things, and was respectful. I felt involved in my care and at the end forgot why I had been so worried. I can not thank Jen and the team enough for this positive experience!
