Physician Assistants Emily and Jenni were outstanding in providing assistance during his recent appointment to receive Botox due to his Parkinsonian Apraxia. We can't yhank them enough.

Jenny exudes compassion and delivers personalized care. Her staff clearly respect and like her. She went out of her way to make up for the 1-hour delay by spending most of her lunch hour with me - getting to know me and my husband. When it was time to go, I hugged her; I was so grateful for the time and thought she'd given to me. She Is a wonderful embodiment of the Lou Ruvo Clinic's mission. I would be remiss If I didn't call out Crema and Emily who were exceptional In their service. My husband remarked that the staff are fantastic -- they demonstrate a calling rather than just providing a service.

Although I'd rather not have PD. I know that Ms. Ngyen has my best interests at heart. Her exams cover all aspects of my disease and I'm very confident that she provides the very best care posssible
