Whether I see the PA or the Doctor, I am always treated with dignity and respect by them. Ms. Heider speaks to me with civility and genuine caring. She is patient and answers any and all questions. I never feel rushed or that she is in a hurry and I am taking too much time. I am grateful for both Alison and Dr. Simon.

Allison is a true asset to Cleveland Clinic. She allows me my input and took into consideration all thoughts & ideas that I had. She handed me a tissue when I started to tear up. I am always comfortable no matter who I see. Alison Heider treats me with respect and courtesy. She always takes the time to review my test results and discuss them with me. She answers any and all questions that I have and offers suggestions to help improve my health and quality of life.

Com8ng to Cleveland Clinic so many years ago was such an amazing experience. I was treated so well by the doctors and staff that I now travel there for most of my health care needs. I trust the Doctors there and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

Not only was the doctor late but acted like she didnt have time for me,really in a rush.
