I have found Kassandra Bernard to be very knowledgeable in dealing with the issues related to obstructive sleep apnea and extremely sensitive to the emotional issues that go along with this diagnosis. She quickly relates to my situation and offers solutions and support that have been easy to accept.

My first interaction with this Nurse practioner and she knew every answer to every question I had and asked if I had more. This was a terrific department to work with with both the practicianers I have gotten to consult with. Great experience. Competent and thoughtful. Both practioners were superb at treating me like a person with individual cares and concerns that I think impact my sleep problems. I felt as if both of them respected my concerns and helped me address them. I couldn't have asked for any better care.

The provider basically engaged in zero conversation. The Epic system was taking dictation and that freaked her out, so much so that she rolled her stool to the other side of the office and started whispering to me- she couldn't focus on the substance of our appointment and I left with no useful information. I will proceed with the CPAP treatment but I will not see Cassandra Bernard again

She was very quick in the room maybe 2 min or less she did not go through the med she in the computer she asked for changes I said non and she's said ok and finished and left. Not personable at all
