Erin Reaper was very encouraging and informative. She was very apologetic about the issues I had with scheduling even though It wasn't her fault (apparently I'm far from the only one with these problems). I waited for three months to get an explanation for MRI results and in one sentence she was able to put me at ease. Proposed treatment options that might be helpful while I wait for surgery. She was great!

I have never had a provider sit down and talk to me as thoroughly and with such a caring demeanor as Erin Reaper NP. Absolutely phenomenal. Erin Reaper exceeded my expectations. I felt heard and hopeful for the first time in a long time that my pelvic pain can be resolved or significantly improved.

Erin Reaper is single handedly one of the best providers I have ever had. I saw her last year for a problem regarding my PCOS and she took such great care of me. I decided to see her again after an abnormal Pap smear last year to get a recheck this year. She answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease regarding the results. Explained any next steps I may have in detail. I felt listened to, welcomed, and taken care of. She is an exceptional health care provider!

I felt my care overall was very good. Just would have liked a little more info about medication prescribed. She did talk to me about it, however, I still had questions about side effects that I felt were too casually explained.

The most trauma informed doctor I have ever seen. Extremely down to earth and genuine about her care. Very kind and educated. She did everything possible to make me comfortable throughout the visit. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Erin is incredible! I appreciated her kindness and the way she put me immediately at ease in an objectively uncomfortable situation. I also so appreciated how she took me seriously. She took the time to really listen to my answers to her assessment questions, and consider the ways that my complete medical history and various symptoms - which other doctors had dismissed as unrelated - could be clues. I felt that she was on my side & wanted to figure out what was going on just as much as I did.
